In a teenage world of drugs, violence, and deceit, Jimmy struggles to stay above water. Throughout this struggle, he uses the drugs, violence, and deceit to survive. With a little sister who needs to stay in school and a mother with cancer who needs daily doses of medicinal marijuana, Jimmy utilizes a society of druggy teenagers running a drug business. Jimmy's friends, both partners and buyers, each find themselves unintentionally caught up in the teen world that they built, each resulting in dangerous, yet interesting conflict. The story of these teenagers struggling to stay above water shocks, but entertains, us as we watch them slowly go under.
